Hire Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every hire. By placing a booking (or redeeming a gift code) you agree to them. Template for review — have these checked before launch.

1. What we supply

We hire reusable moving totes and associated equipment (dollies, labels, zip ties). We are not a removalist and do not transport, pack, or handle your belongings. Anything packed inside the totes remains your property and your responsibility at all times.

2. Hire period

Every package includes 2 weeks of hire from the delivery date. Extensions are available at the per-week rate shown at checkout, arranged any time before your scheduled collection. If equipment is not available for collection on the agreed date and no extension has been arranged, the standard extra-week rate for your package applies for each commenced week until collection.

3. Delivery & collection

Delivery and collection are included within our published service areas, in the delivery window selected at booking (all windows fall before 2pm). Deliveries to the Maroochydore & Nambour zone run on Sundays. You authorise us to leave and collect equipment at the premises if no one is home, at your risk once delivered.

4. Care of the equipment

You are responsible for the totes and equipment from delivery until collection. Please keep them reasonably clean and dry, do not use them for liquids, chemicals, food waste or hazardous materials, and do not exceed 25kg per tote. Fair wear and tear is expected and accepted.

5. Loss, damage & cleaning

Lost or stolen totes, and totes damaged through rough handling — a broken lid or a cracked crate — incur a flat replacement fee of $50 per tote ($80 per dolly). To be clear about what this does NOT cover: normal wear and tear — scuffs, scratches, marks and the ordinary signs of a working crate — is never charged. Items returned excessively soiled may incur a cleaning fee of up to $10 per item. We will always contact you with photos before charging any fee.

6. Cancellations & changes

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your delivery window. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a $30 fee. Date changes are free where availability allows.

7. Payment

Payment is by card, in full at booking. (During our launch period, card payment on delivery — tap & go — may be offered; we do not accept cash. Orders that cannot be paid at delivery will not be left.)

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), our liability is limited to resupplying the equipment or refunding the hire fee. We are not liable for loss or damage to items you pack, store, or transport in the totes, or for delays outside our reasonable control.

9. Gift & subscription hires

Gift-code and partner-subscription hires are subject to these same terms. Gift codes are single-use and not redeemable for cash.
