The fine print, plainly
Normal wear and tear — scuffs, scratches, everyday marks — is never charged. Our crates are working gear and we expect them to look like it.
Lost totes, broken lids, or crates cracked through rough handling carry a flat $50 replacement fee ($80 for dollies). We'll always contact you with photos before any fee is charged.
